CPR and Choking is a two hour, Saturday morning course, designed
to give you hands-on experience in CPR and choking skills.
Our classes are run by trained first aid instructors, and specifically
focus on CPR and choking for infants and children. The courses cover:
- when/why you would need CPR and how to decide to begin
- outline steps in establishing own safety, establishing whether
baby/child is breathing
- when to call 111 and what to say
- discuss and demonstrate steps in CPR for baby and infant
Our sessions include time for questions and plenty of practice
time on both infant and child mannequins.
