	Waitakere Workers Educational Association WEA offer personal development and parenting courses and also have a child minding service. They offer courses during the day as well as evenings. www.waitakerewea.org.nz
	Parent Trust Parent Trust offers many different programmes for parents, in particular they help parents to gain the tools they need to become the parents they want to be. They offer courses all over Auckland as well as in West Auckland. www.parenttrust.org.nz

	The Post Natal Distress Support Network Trust The trust offers free support services to women who are affected by all degrees of Ante/Post Natal Distress and Depression.
